Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about using ByteFrame and image privacy.

ByteFrame values your privacy. None of your images are ever uploaded to an external server. All canvas modifications, aspect ratio adjustments, shadows, custom watermarks, privacy blurs, and exports happen locally inside your browser session using standard web APIs.

You can drag-and-drop or upload any standard image file, including PNG, JPEG, and WebP. For exporting, you can download your framed mockups as lossless PNGs, compressed JPEGs, or modern WebP files, tailored to your platform requirements.
